"We used the tour service located in the lobby. We were told it included transportation to boat and then back to hotel. We we're abondoned when boat returned and had to find transportation back to hotel on our own. Don't use tour service!!"

"The location is very convenient because it is very close to the beach. The building is well kept and cleaned. The staff is very polite, eager to help and also very friendly. What i did not like was that the shower glass door was dirty at the bottom."
