The hotel was nice but the room decorations was horrible, is hell decorations.For me and my family was disgusted, also de hotel has stairs and no ramp provided for luggage transportation, restaurant food was bad, the costumer service , special Anna was excellent

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and location was great. The amenities are what makes this hotel so unique. There is a gym, patio and cozy seating area for drinks and the restaurant was incredible. I can’t wait to come back to Florence to stay here again!
