"From the beginning dealing with Taos Apartments was not a good experience! 1. The rate was different from the one offered on the Expedia site. They wanted to charge us almost double rate, they didnt want to accept the Expedia rate. The staff did not even know that their hotel was on Expedia. They kept saying to us that there was no reservation on our name, that we were not in their system. They kept saying that they do not work with Expedia.
