"Very convenient from the airport but would be useful to understand the best walking route. Also we asked about domestic flights which go out of terminal 2 but we were told to just go to terminal 3. It’s possible there was a misunderstanding, but it would be useful to have gotten more information "

"Highly recommend Ramada. It’s clean and the staff are amazing! They’re very accommodating & attended to our needs immediately. My room’s air conditioner wasn’t working properly and they transferred us to another room. When my mom’s room small refrigerator weren’t cooling properly they replaced it immediately. Shout out to Albert, Jeff, Rommel, & Marvin for making our stay a wonderful experience. From checking in to checking out, the service was excellent. I highly recommend Ramada. The staff is second to none! "

Both were very engaging and attentive to the guests requests and they look sharp in their well appointed uniforms. But it is their smiles and service level that really make the New World Residence Lounge memorable."

"Pretty good hotel, staff was really friendly and courteous. The pool was nice although the smoking area for the pool bar is close to where I was seated. Breakfast was great with a nice selection of western and Filipino foods. Room was comfortable but a bit older and they are in the process of rehabbing the hotel. "
