"A nice place, quite an uphill walk but 5 minutes in a taxi. Some apartments in need of an upgrade but nothing too serious. Snack bar and rooftop bar were both very good but disappointed in food in on site restaurant. Good value for money and would return"

"It was safe it was quiet and with the small Supermarket across the road (not LIDL) it was perfect for groceries. The pool area was well kept and surrounding area kept very clean. The only negative was the noise by the workman erecting a new boundary fence on the first floor above the pool area. Overall I will be back."

"Had a great stay here. Staff all extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us , from the receptionist on arrival, to the cleaners , to the breakfast staff - nothing was too much trouble. Pool cleaned every morning while we breakfasted. "These beautiful one bedroom apartments have panoramic views of Los Gigantes. They are well furnished with good sized terrace and very comfortable bedrooms and air conditioning in both the open plan kitchen lounge and the bedroom. I will definitely stay here again . "

"Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"Muy buena ubicación! Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas, no tiene aire acondicionado pero Santa Cruz es fresco por la noche. Tiene ventilador y la nevera funciona perfectamente! Si quieres utilizar la caja fuerte del cuarto, tendrás que hacer un pago por ello, tómelo en cuenta. El baño no tiene la mejor presión de agua pero funciona. "Only stayed one night and it was very good value but very dated .Fridge all rusty and that bad the maintenance man brought us a brand new one! Kitchen very small , extractor fan and extractor light not working. Very basic . No wifi in room, small tv although could get some english. Sunbathing on roof very nice , wonderful views"

"The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. The hotel had plenty of amenities, such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, petanque and pool to name a few. The hotelbhas extensive and well maintained gardens. Every evening there was entertainment each from 9-10.30ish, which was usuallya variety act. There is a free bus into town several times a day. The hotel lobby also has a an excursions booth. The room i had was large and clean with daly housemaid service. I really enjoyed the experience of The Blue Sea Jardin."
