Property was run down toilet ran mold in bathroom furniture torn. They came to clean the room and left no clean towels and didn’t clean bathroom counters. Would never stay there again

This hotel was great! Nice sized room, with lovely arm chairs and huge comfy bed that gave us a great nights sleep. The balcony was perfect too for some fresh air, overlooking the pool. The room was clean and airy. There was a microwave and fridge in the room which we loved. The bathroom was a good size with a jacuzzi bath too! The staff and check in and check out were super friendly. Coffee and pastries in the morning were a perfect touch too. Short walk into solvang town - this hotel is perfectly situated!

We were in the first floor. The tenants on the second floor were very noisy, and were unable to sleep. We were not able to sleep. Additionally, the second room inrented for my friend, room 209, has bed bugs. My friend was bitten.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was great, until 6:30AM. We were disappointed to have been woken up by trash company truck!!! Since we were awake we went to the lobby to grab coffee and a note indicated they would be open at 7:30 and it was 7:40 while both doors were locked.

The check out time was perfect. Not too early. The property was kept clean and felt safe. So convenient to shops and restaurants. Very quiet even though there's a main road close to the Inn.

The location is right outside of the town and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi and pool are easy to access. The balcony is perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The rooms are clean and comfy. I will stay there when my family go visit again.
