I would give this experience top stars except for one reason. Our room keys did not work , not once, not twice but three times. The last time made me late for the dinner reservation i made for my wife’s birthday at the steak house because i had to wait in the hallway for a technician to let me in my room. The manager knew this was a problem but chose not to make things right with some sort of amend making gesture. Poor decision making thus not a top ranking.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe at this property. The room are spacious. The entire hotel and facilities are very clean. I had a wonderful experience at the spa. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
