"Great stay at the Crowne Plaza, very comfortable bed. Staff at the hotel were great, my 7 year old daughter has ADHD so she’s fussy with breakfast. Ahmad went the extra mile and found her chocolate muffins which she was really pleased with :) Only a few minutes walk from terminal 1 and terminal 3. "

"The staff were really kind and helpful, and the room was very comfortable and plenty of space. Our second night, not such a good room, but it was free on the airline due to 24 hour delay, so can’t really expect as nice a room as one we have paid for. We would definitely use this hotel again when flying from Manchester airport. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful too."

"Stayed here for 2nd time, made sure a kingsize bed as a double was too small last time. Staff always friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded to canal side room which was very warm , had a fan in there which a well needed. "
