"Fantastic location.....great room....and staff was amazing. Only drawback is that it is not directly on a canal but i will trade the quiet for the bustle of a canal. The afternoon tea was an added plus. Oh, one other minor issue. While breakfast was great, scrambled eggs were too runny for my taste. I will never stay anywhere else in Venice. They make you feel at home."

"This property was in the perfect location! Walkable from train station 5 minutes. Restaurants and transportation so close . The staff was super friendly and spoke english which is always extremely relieving. I would definitely stay again. "

"Perfect place to stay in Venice. It’s right at the Rialto waterbus station and a10 min walk to San Marco Piazza. The hotel has a great full service restaurant, and the buffet style breakfast is included for guests at the hotel. Our room with a double bed was small but well appointed, and the bathroom was big. They do provide a shower/hair bath wash combo and bars of soap. "
