"Well located near all that you’d want in San Pedro. Supremely walkable. The main issues we had was some staff making lots of noise in the morning. The best example was the staff with his walkie talkie squawking and clicking loudly around 8am as he dragged chairs across the outside hallway. This was right outside our room and there was no effort to be quiet. Also there two dirty plates sitting on the stairs up towards the roof which we passed for 2 days until they were finally removed. "Loved the design of the units, the location and the service. It is a new property, a bit isolated, which we liked, and right on the beach. All units, 6 in total, face the sea... You're awaken by the sunshine and go to bed watching the moon through a large window. Will definitely go back. It's worth the hike from San Pedro! "

"Clean, roomy very friendly and helpful. I did not like that there is nobody out for 10 PM to talk to you at the front desk except security. I had a little bit of an issue with little fruit fly type bugs all over the counter because the carburetter was not properly cleaned. Once I cleaned that it was perfectly fine. I will let the desk know, but they did call me at 6:30 in the morning to respond to my calls, which I was not pleased about. I’ll let them know and they were helpful and apologetic....
