I was only in town for one night. I previously lived not far from this property so was well acquainted with the area. The room was comfortable and the lobby was nicely set. Room was clean and quiet. Continental breakfast was quite good. We stayed two nights and per their policy, there was no housekeeping. Only every other day. We ran out of towels, coffee, etc. The front desk did bring up what we requested. Overall, a nice hotel.

The floors and walls are paper thin at this property. We could hear people on the floor above us running through the halls and slamming doors, big thuds on the floor. The heavy curtains did not shut, only the shear ones. If im staying in a hotel its usually for vacation like this stay. I do not want to be waken by the sun, the second it pops out. The staff was pretty friendly and it was nice that it came with breakfast.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Oh my first shower, I found the shampoo is empty. She handled that right away while I was out doing my business the first day. When we first arrived at 3 o’clock one of our rooms was not ready, but she found another lesser room and we excepted that. Everything was fine though, and I appreciated her and how she handled things.

Front staff are wonderful. There was a leak and they told us about it, rooms outdated and lobby stunk becaise of leak. Evening staff and morning staff were so friendly and accommodating, they are excellent. Good breakfast, great options. Good for families.
