"It's a pretty new facility and we were very happy with our room, the staff and the hotel in general. The breakfast was a bonus and had a good selection of food. I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars because I thought it might be walkable to downtown and I suppose it is but maybe a 20-30 min walk. "

"cute little beachside Inn, a bit dated but well kept. friendly staff, free pie and ice cream in the evening, wonderful coffee shop on the roof overlooking Avila Beach with free breakfast. I borrowed a wine glass and accidentally broke it in our wonderful in-room hot tub, staff was very understanding when I confessed :) and didn’t charge me anything for the glass. would recommend this place for a couples getaway."
