"Nice hotel. Staff are pleasant. Breakfast is great. Pool and spa are very good. Only negative comments are the rooms are dated, noise can be heard from lack of soundproofing and the A/C is not controllable from in room and didn’t work at all in ours. Overall still a good hotel/stay."

"This place was 5 star amazing! The rooms were very nice, the restaurant had great food and wine, and the staff were very nice and helpful. My BIGGEST recommendation is to rent a car!!!! Taxis are not easily available and it’s very inconvenient. We have to give a HUGE shoutout to Augusto & Francesco who went above and beyond to get us a taxi and ended up driving us to the train station themselves. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and we will be back. "

"This property is stunningly beautiful our room was lovely and very clean. We were only disappointed that we couldn’t use the hot tub because they charged 90 euros for 1.5 hours per person to use the spa. The hot tub was outside of the spa and we were really looking forward to using it after 6 busy travel days in the major cities. The weather was to cool to use the unheated pool so a quick soak in a hot tub would have been great but not worth 180 euros That is our only complaint everything else...

Staff were friendly and accommodating, although the so called restaurant was non-existent during our stay but fortunately we could find dining options nearby.
