The hotel staff are welcoming and the most friendliest bunch of individuals I’ve encountered during our stay in the city. They were extremely generous and accommodating to our needs and made our experience at Hotel Fiona enjoyable to fullest extent. The hotel location is definitely sketchy and filled with a ton of homeless people around each and every block, but the hotel service makes up for the inconvenience.

The people working the front desk are awesome and oh so very helpful. I cannot recall his name at the moment, but the Asian gentleman with the glasses gave a standup service for any questions I had. He really makes Hotel Fiona what it is! I remember speaking with him and the manager at the same time & really letting them know he did an amazing job!
