"I’ve stayed in the property for 4nights. Quick checkin but the reception only operates from 9am to 6pm. There were no elevator , we stayed on the 3rd it was a struggle as I have 1 large and 1 medium size luggage there were few peeps over there to assist. The first night was a bit shocking as I thought there were earthquake😅 maybe because it is located along the highway , thats why the building is a bit shaky. Location is perfect, walking distance to the mall."

"Decided to leave the property due to concerns about the person on site. My wife is Filipina and was a tad concerned about the individual asking for a commission on an already agreed drop off to the airport. He appeared to be intoxicated, but the real concern was he dependable, so we bailed and got a Grab to the airport and await our flight there. "Good value safe and clean. Slightly isolated not always easy to get a taxi so make sure you have grab. About a 3 minute walk to the shopping mall transport center where it's easy to get a tricycle and sometimes a taxi. ~5 mins by car and 15 mins by foot to walking street. There is a good direct bus service to Manila airport from the front of the shopping center (5 min walk from hotel). Try to buy tickets a couple hours in advance or maybe even day before. "
