Ask if the gentlemen with the guitar will be playing it’s totally worth it. Nice smooth jams. 60-70-modern music. To enjoy the evening and the beautiful sunsets.

Place was right on beach and nice but the customer service was horrible.took money from my account for no reason .. tv didn’t work and they couldn’t fix. Didn’t offer to moves room.. over it was just bad.

Room was dirty. Workers next door were loud all day. No hot water. When asked they did my know what to do. We asked for compensation and we decided to leave early and had to fight for compensation. Very rude staff. Would not recommend and will never stay there again while in San Diego

If I could give this ZERO STARS, i absolutely would. Worst place i have stayed EVER and our family does a lot of traveling. From the moment i attempted to check in i was trying to figure out how to cancel and receive ANY of my money back. The front desk staff were awful and rude, the picture were deceiving, the room was FILTHY (i had to clean the shower myself the first night of our stay, the walls has stuff dripping down, footprint smears on the wall, dirt, and other nastyness that i could only guess what it was). Extremely limited parking, they have 3 parking spaces that you can reserve for $40/ day, but be careful because they will overbook and not refund the money for your parking space. We booked a spot ahead of time, but they claimed we didn't even though there is proof we paid. The bed was like sleeping on cement and the fan in the bathroom leaked the entire time. The place smelled terribly like mold also. The ONLY plus to this establishment is it is in a good location, but literally that is it. Biggest waste of $1300 we've ever spent. I have several pics of the disgusting room as well but im unable to post any pics to this review. But they will be on the Google review for sure.

We checked on Tuesday (Oct 8th) try to check in. I sent request to check in early and check out with the total summer of $85.. The request was approved. The lobby attendant seemed preoccupied with a personal phone call and uninterested in helping. Is about 2 PM when I attempted to check in, she immediately told me off the bat there will be a charge, not asking me what my name was or if I had a reservation or made or anything trying to brush me off very quickly so she didn’t have to deal with any issues. I have made my reservation through Expedia, which I have already paid for the trip yet she was preoccupied to get back to her phone call that she charged me 158 total and then let me know that she would refund my money, but wasn’t given any confirmation number or any information. It brings us to Wednesday, October 9th when when I walked to the lobby to ask about my my refunded money, met with attitude on her mistake that she had made and confusion. Was only offered a receipt after I asked for it and I couldn’t get it till till I checked out, but there wasn’t any insurances that I will get my refund.. all in all I feel this lobby attendant needs to refresh and customer service. She seems uninterested into the job and is looking to just get by..
