San Antonio hotel rooms a the Omni

"We loved our stay at the Omni. Room was specious and comfy. The pool was lovely and they showed a movie some nights. Nice adjacent bar. Housekeeping was diligent about checking and leaving necessities like toilet paper and water when we declined service. Staff was friendly. Loved walking out the door and right into the RiverWalk! "

Also, it is located in the middle of everything; the Alamo and river walk are just a walking distance from the hotel. Located in a very safe part of the city. "

"It was a very nice hotel. Customer service is excellent, except that… We had a room across us constantly smoking weed., it was strong. Also I was checking out and t I turn around and I was reading my paper/ receipt and fell to the floor running into a black item, not sure what is was but it was not meant to be there and they had no sign to be careful. I tumbled.over it falling to the floor. I didn’t severely. Get hurt just scratches on both knees and elbows but humiliated embarrassed out of 4-5 employees watch this happen but only one seem to care and be concerned "
