"First off wrong address so it took a few hours to find Secondly no key to condo once we got to unit. Then trying to get hold of someone took6 hours so wecould go out The unit had broken furniture no internet as said and there was no free swimming you had to pay per person to swim. Was just a bad choice compared to advertisement "

"The host is very nice enough to let us check in 2 hours early, that was really nice the place is quite nice too but I gotta be honest, I’d like to give this place a five star but I think it’s fair enough for me tell that the biggest problem I had was cockroaches and I’m not talking about 1 or 10 there was so many that they even make it inside the fridge. I have to leave my luggage outside my yard for 2 days hoping the cold will kill them and wont make it in our house. Pls stop putting laundry in...

"Clear communications with the owner and manager of the place are kind, caring and supportive. Generous offer of hospitality and service. And if needed an urgent extension, they’ll make a way to make it work for you, cheerfully. Overall, I love the convenience because the mini mart also is just around the corner outside the building and the atm as well. Sometimes, I didn’t want to leave and find another place. Till I go back home. "

"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...
