"Superb hotel, location is excellent with very modern facilities. Friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Borovets if we were to return. This is isn’t about the hotel but Borovets resort needs to start investing in new lifts etc - the lift pass cost has increased and the facilities should too. That’s why we wouldn’t return to the resort!"

"Our maisonette was warm and cosy. It was lovely having the two balconies with views of the mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only niggle was the pillows! "A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
