"We weren’t sure about this hotel because of the rating but this is a perfect example of the rating not being right… The lady who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a better room than I chose on Hotels.com. We were right by the pool. The room looked like it had just been renovated but they said it was done a year and half ago. Couldn’t tell. Everything looked new and clean. TV was a bit small, not a lot of water pressure coming out of shower but it was super hot and I loved it. They have...

"We stayed here a week and there were cockroahes everywhere. We did have anyone come in to give us fresh towels or clean the room at all the entire time we were there. The floors were dirty like they didn't sweep or mop before we got there at all. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I asked for a refund two days before because of how bad the room and room service was. They said they dont don't do refunds and we ened up leaving two days early and paying for the last two days as well. "

"Staff and front desk personnel were super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. There was a cute little baby deer in the field by the back parking area… it was also surprisingly friendly and knowledgeable about the area! Don’t let all the law enforcement cars parked in the parking lot be of concern; they are only using the parking lot as their training facility is located near by. I had a lovely stay and was allowed a late check out. <3!! =^.^="
