Gay friendly Hotels in Saint Rose, New Orleans

"Hotel Monteleone is a beautiful, historic hotel conveniently located in the French Quarter. We were able to walk everywhere, while also stopping back at the hotel throughout the day to drop off our shopping treasures or just take a break from the humidity. The Carousel Bar & Lounge was awesome! I read a review that said it’s busy no matter when you go, and I’d have to agree. We tried three or four times (different days as well as different times of the day) and it was busy every time. We finally got a spot at the bar on Saturday around 11:30am (it opens at 11am) and only because we got lucky and someone at the bar offered to trade for our table. The drinks and food were delicious! We were hoping for a ghost sighting, especially since we were there on Halloween. Unfortunately, we did not have any paranormal experiences, but we had fun trying! A couple staff members were helpful in our quest—showing us a picture of a ghost in the hallway, telling us about their spooky experiences, and one even took us to a ballroom where a man’s ghost has been spotted. We didn’t see the man, but we did get a spectacular view of the city! My only regret is not taking a dip in the rooftop pool. It’s a beautiful outdoor pool located on the 16th floor of the Iberville Tower, with a poolside bar and fabulous views. Next time I’ll be sure not to miss out on taking a swim! Finally, the staff are amazing! I will be staying here again for sure! "

"We had an amazing trip from start to finish. A friend and I came down for night one of the Eras Tour, the hotel staff were so organized and kept everything running smoothly. Our room was ready early, the shuttle and parking were easy to navigate. The entire environment was welcoming and embracing of the Swiftie universe! From friendship bracelets on arrival to the DJ and 360 Photo Booth, to the Photo Booth set up, to the flyer of all events and how to find them. We felt safe, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was AMAZING. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!"
