"Très déçus de pas avoir pu manger au restaurant un soir de St Valentin, impossible de réserver en ligne, même pas pris la peine d'essayer de trouver une solution, obligés de se débrouiller pour trouver à manger à l'extérieur, et qui plus est, assez loin avec embouteillage. Un hôtel sans pouvoir manger n'est pas un hôtel, peu importe le jour. (Pas de services proposés dans l'hôtel comme massages, spa,...) Lit bébé "cassé" et pas de matelas dedans. Impossible de s'assoir sur la terrasse car...
