DĂ©ception malgrĂ© un bon emplacement Nous sommes arrivĂ©s en pleine nuit dans un logement manifestement sale : chasse d’eau non tirĂ©e, serviettes avec des taches douteuses, taies d’oreillers tachĂ©es
 Il Ă©tait Ă©vident que le logement n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©parĂ©. AprĂšs avoir dĂ» insister, un mĂ©nage trĂšs partiel a Ă©tĂ© fait le lendemain, mais le nettoyage complet n’a eu lieu que cinq jours plus tard, Ă  nos frais ! La cuisine Ă©tait trĂšs mal Ă©quipĂ©e : pas de verres, ce qui nous a contraints Ă  aller chercher des gobelets Ă  la machine Ă  cafĂ© du rez-de-chaussĂ©e pour pouvoir boire. Le professionnalisme du personnel est inĂ©gal : certains sont accueillants, d’autres Ă  peine polis, avec un « bonjour » qui semble facultatif Ă  la rĂ©ception. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que l’hĂŽtel bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’une bonne situation, est bien insonorisĂ©, et que la literie est de qualitĂ©. La piscine est agrĂ©able, mais clairement sous-dimensionnĂ©e quand l’hĂŽtel est complet. À noter Ă©galement : des frais de mĂ©nage non prĂ©vus et obligatoires de 50€ Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, totalement injustifiĂ©s vu l’état dans lequel nous avons trouvĂ© le logement.

J'ai apprecié l'emplacement de l'hÎtel, a proximité des commerces et d'un marché de street food qui se deroule le dimanche soir. Le personnel de l'hotel est accueillant et disponible, la chambre etait spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes. L'hotel est propre et beneficie d'une piscine bien agreable.

TrĂšs Bien : confort, vaisselle et Ă©quipements, rĂ©activitĂ© si demande, piscine (et son magnifique dallage), espaces communs ok. ProblĂšme : pigeons et leurs dĂ©jections nous ont interdit 2/3 du balcon. Parking trĂšs pratique, Ă  8€/jour - possibilitĂ© de rĂ©server sur place. Juste la rue Ă  traverser pour aller sur la plage ;-)

Nuitées à St Leu en amoureux

Sejour de 3 nuits en couple sur St Leu. Accueil trÚs sympathique. Propreté ok dans le logement. Dommage pour le canapé lit qui n'était pas un 160cm, dommage aussi pour un des deux ascenseurs en panne. Sinon, accÚs piscine au top, et mer à deux pas de l'hÎtel.

DeuxiÚme séjour vraiment décevant

Nous avons passĂ© un premier sĂ©jour parfait dans cet Ă©tablissement, et cette fois-ci cela Ă©tĂ© la grosse dĂ©ception. Pas de lumiĂšre dans la salle bain et surtout personne n’est venu faire le nĂ©cessaire malgrĂ© nos nombreuses demandes. Idem pour les serviettes et tapis de salle bain qui manquait. Une rĂ©ceptionniste a de surcroĂźt eu l’indĂ©cence de nous demander un supplĂ©ment pour rester seulement une heure de plus , en prĂ©textant que c Ă©tait minimum 2 heures pour un dĂ©part tardif et au minimum 30 euros voir 50 euros. Compte tenue du dĂ©roulement de notre sĂ©jour, le minimum Ă  faire commercialement Ă©tait de nous l’offrir . La satisfaction des clients ( rĂ©gulier de surcroĂźt n’est malheureusement pas dans leur ADN ) De plus depuis sur notre premier sĂ©jour le cafĂ© capsule a Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ© par un cafĂ© soluble infĂąme et les serviettes de la piscine sont Ă  retirer Ă  la reception en Ă©change de votre piĂšce d identitĂ© et non plus Ă  disposition dans la chambre, vous n’ĂȘtes donc plus considĂ©rĂ© comme un client mais un potentiel voleur , situation trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Vraiment dommage nous avons eu un coup de cƓur pour l Ă©tablissement mais cette fois ci pas du tout au niveau de ce qu on peut attendre d’une tel adresse et en adĂ©quation avec les tarifs.

Résidence trÚs bien placée et confortable

Studio 2 personnes confortable mais pas trÚs grand : ok pour un séjour de 2 semaines. Le 126 dispose d'une belle vue et se trouve tout prÚs de la plage du centre (juste la rue à traverser). La piscine est trÚs agréable (carrelage magnifique), quelques transats et des chaises longues. Beaucoup de places du parking sont ombragées.
