"I booked a destination for my 21 year old daughter birthday and she had aworry free amazing time. The host setup everything my daughter wanted to do flawlessly! "The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"I was disappointed in the room service for 3 people. We should have had 3 chairs on the balcony, 3 coffee cups, and at least 3 of of everything. Staff were great and very helpful. The entertainment was wonderful."

"S Hotel was a nice vibe ,enjoyed my stay. If you are looking for a party type all inclusive resort than its not that ,but they do have activites throughout the day. . 3 speciality restuarants on property an Italian, Jamican and seafood restuarant open for dinner only and they require reservations.They seem to always be booked. These restuarants are not open every day or have the same day every week that they are open. You have to go to the desk to ask what dinner restaurant is open and see if reservation is available... that's the only negative I have to say. There is a breakfast,lunch and dinner buffet open with variety of food options.Bar was open from 11am to 10pm. If you want premium liquor than thats an additional cost not included in all inclusive. There is a grill open throughout the day for pool and beach goers at Doctor Cave.The property is well kept you always see people cleaning and maintaence being done. The room was was very nice and spacious well decorated. The staff were friendly and service was great can't complain. Would definitely choose S hotel again."

Best staff ever!

"This was my first time staying here. The location was perfect. Check in was fast and easy. My room was in the back so noise was not a problem. The service was top notch!! Every staff memeber, and i mean every staff member i encountered was very friendly and helpful. A Very happy and positive environment. Great entertainment, and the food was not bad. Not a large selection, but it was decent. There was also a grill, and a cafe. So that did add to the choices. Drinks were good. Security, Troy, was always very helpful! Andre, bellmen, always had a smile and never forgot my name! Marie, team leader in the dining room was one point. That dining room staff was very efficient and friendly. The only thing negative was the spotty wifi. I would definitely stay there again!"

"We stayed here for 5 nights. I only noticed they offered free airport pick up the night before and messaged them, they had allocated times for pick up and luckily we arrived around one of the allocated times, this was a huge perk as there are lots of people offering expensive taxis from the airport. The hotel was clean, tidy and had all facilities I expected based off of the listing; additionally it felt very safe with 24/7 security and staff around. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay, our room was cleaned everyday with clean towels provided. They had a regular shuttle bus down to the beaches which was really useful and saved a lot of cost on taxis up and down (around 5-10 minute drive). We ate at the restaurant twice, it was good food with large portion sizes. We did not eat breakfast here so I cannot comment on this. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to go to Montego Bay. "
