"It was a wonderful experience. Went during the holiday season. Very festive. Gingerbread house was up and the aroma was delicious. Downside: up charges add up! $90 valet charge. Urban charge can be opted out of but that covers wi-fi and gym. Tax on all charges too. Will return. 😊"

"The location is great, walking distance to stores and many many restaurants . It’ right in front of other 5 star hotels such as the Westin and Marriot, and for half the price you get basically the same location. All rooms have a bathtub and they have really cool pillow menu. The propriety is perfect if you are looking for an affordable yet clean, well located and cozy hotel. "

"Hotel staff were excellent. Next door hotel guest became belligerent and irate in the wee hours of the morning and unfortunately I had zero rest. The walls literally feel paper thin bc I could hear their TV. Our room was also facing the street (SF Port parking area) and semi-trucks were super loud. I hope this review helps in making your decision to stay at Luma. "
