"It’s literally in the middle of Shibuya and not even 10 minutes walk to the crossing and Shibuya Station. So convenient and so many dining options. If you want to go to Sky Tree Tokyo from Shibuya take Z line Hamozon a straight shot to Osiage Z 14 get off and just steps away to Sky Tree ticket station.The room is very small but we understand this is Japan. Small, but we had everything we need it’s very thoughtful layout, bedding and towels are brand new! Love it, highly recommended."

"I spent 6 nights at this hotel— 5 nights the first week and then came back to them for 1 night after a 3-day side trip to Kyoto. Staff is very attentive and speaks English well. The hotel is a bit far from the main city activities and train station but very, very close to the national gardens which was a nice surprise. The rooms are big and comfortable. "

"This couldn't have gone any better - don't hesitate! Spacious, clean, free in-room laundry, kitchen w/ bowls/plates/etc. Location is perfect: easy walk to tons of shopping and dining - even a park/museum area and Zoo (Ueno). Also very easy walk to most touristy train (Yamanote) and a few others....you can get anywhere. We'll be staying here again next time without a doubt. "

"This is a very nice apartment style hotel, we were 5 people in a 6 people room, it was cozy, but we still had space to have 8 suitcases and carry-ons around the room (not all open at same time. Elevators move pretty quick, checkin was easy (we did English), washing machines available on site, access to transportation was easy piezy. A lot of our go to restaurants were nearby. Ueno park was within walking distance. Shopping was easy, supermarket and Daiso are 2 blocks away. No Parking,...

"It is a little further out from the main tourists sights and area. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Rooms were comfortable and decent size, clean, attentive to guests needs and comfort. This hotel offers free shuttle bus to and from Haneda Airport. I wish to have learned this before hand and would have utilize this service. They also offer scheduled shuttle service to and from Tokyo station. "
