"The Prima Life Makadi Hotel was perfect for a week's stay. I had the pleasure of having a solo diving holiday, where I was spending most of my time amongst the beautiful Makadi Bay coral reefs. But, when I had some down time, the hotel was perfect to just relax, and watch the day go by. The staff were all kind, pleasant and spoke good English. The property and facilities were clean and well managed. The location was excellent for any diving and snorkeling enthusiast, but also for anyone just wanting to relax in the sun. The management of the property and reception were very organised and kind. They let me use all the facilities up until leaving in the evening, even after checking out - showing how much they value their guests. Overall an excellent week away at the Prima Life. I would highly recommend to anyone wishing for a relaxing week away in the sun."

"Amazing staff make this place my second home. So much choice of eating places and where to spend your lazy days in the sun. The grounds are kept immaculate by the gardeners and thanks to housekeeper Ahmed. Always something good to eat and treated like a Queen by the staff. My favourite place in the day lazing by the pool at la Perla and being looked after by best waiter Mohamed. Ate in all the buffet restaurants and looked after by Saad, Mostafa,Shady,Mahmoud,Ahmed (my heart). See you all again next time. "

"Good and clean facility. Food is also good. Just the front desk kept telling us the price and kept asking if we pay etc for the services that we availed. It is annoying. Other than that it was a good stay."

"Very nice hotel, the food was average and there was not a lot of variety. There is a team at the hotel and they do lot of entertainements, shows and lot of stuff which is amazing. The shuttle service to go to the beach is amazing too. "

"I read many reviews and was at first hesitant, but I went there and was very pleasantly surprised. The resort is older, but it has a charm to it. The food is good and there are a lot of choices. My junior suite was enormous. When you combine the cost and what you get, this place is a bargain. Definitely deserves 5 stars. "
