"A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"

"What a lovely find! Amazing staff, from the receptionist ( owner) to all the restaurant staff. The room was lovely, warm, had a nice view, confortabile, spacious, had everything one needed! We had a lovely dinner at The restaurant and breakfast was very nice, there was lots on offer and such a good choice! We would reccomend this hotel to anyone that wanted to stay. "

Very functionally divided relaxation zones: only for adults, separately for children and families, large saunas operate without restrictions, clean and warm rooms The only minus that may be disturbing is that the doors to the rooms close very noisily, especially at night"

"Pros: 1) good location, 2) friendly staff, speaking English, 3) satisfactory food. 4) Good breakfast. Many types of coffee including cappuccino, juices, water from dispensers. Cons: 1) We had a full board which means breakfast, lunch and dinner. To our surprise, for lunch and dinner all drinks disappeared, including water from dispensers; you are forced to buy expensive bottled water. "There is no real air flow expect opening the balcony door and the let’s the moths in, feels very claustrophobic. Very hot without A/C. The mattress feels like a sofa bed mattress with the springs and needs updating. The towels are thin and don’t absorb water well and the breakfast was the worst we’d had in our 3wk trip to Italy. "Nice hotel, great staff. But our Junior Suite (room 302) was only a normal room with a view of a wooden (privacy) wall that hid all sight of the surrounding mountains. I didn't need to drive that far to see a slab of wood from a dark, dreary room. (Plus some of the lights didn't work.)"
