Unit was old worn out and the bed was absolutely disgusting. No mattress just under lay on wood. Sore backs every morning. I would never recommend this property to anyone ever. "The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. Many here are return visitors. You don’t need luxury. This has what you need. Hot shower. Fridge, great plants outside. Parking. Close to shopping and the market. The staff are extremely kind. Best stay in Thailand so far in terms of relaxation. Away from the pollution of Bangkok and traffic of Phuket. Take a bus from Bangkok. It’s 6 hours. Go visit so many different attractions. I will come back. "

"Stayed here to see Phu Thap Boek. Very comfortable place to stay and a good value. Parking was very easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located on the main highway in Khao Kho which provides quick access to Khao Kho and Phu Thap Boek by car. Nothing within walking distance but a very good central location. "
