"Cumpriu sua finalidade de uma pernoite antes de visitar Machu Picchu. Estava doente e precisava imprimir meu seguro-saúde. Não havia lan houses abertas naquela hora e a funcionária da recepção fez o favor de imprimir para mim. Gostei da garrafinha de agua mineral de brinde! Infelizmente o hotel é meio escondido, em um lugar meio longe da praça principal e que pode exigir taxi para ir à estação de trem. Fora isso, sem reclamações."

"Great getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well."

"Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Otherwise perfect stay. Make sure to feed the alpacas!! You can catch the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu literally right outside hotel entrance...
