"The resort was lovely. There was unfortunately one front desk staff member who was rude all week to us and I feel she may be better suited for a position that does not interact with customers. The remainder of the front staff were very friendly and welcoming all week. I wish there would have been more of a variety of food options. There was only one restaurant open other than the buffet on any given night."

"Missing a shelf in the bathroom, tiles and metal in bathroom looked dirty/rusty. The fridge made a lot of sound even after changing, the heating was weird, was there in November but compared to home that is warm and there was no fan, AC. Good things about it was that the reception was always pleasant and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet varied a little from day to day so you could try new things. Overall it was good, had what I needed for the most part."

"Great location and found the staff on reception and in general all week to be excellent and helpful - great that there are a couple of blocks and options in terms of pool areas and bars - only slight issue we found is lifts and waiting - because of the split between buildings and separate lifts for getting to beach and main pool, you often have to wait for multiple trips for lift whixh are also really small so if you have a baby and pram like we did you cant fit or share with others so often had...

"Amazing hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely magnificent location. cute little town only 2 min walk away with loads of dining options. you will have absolutely no need to leave the area because everything is within walking distance. thats a good thing because there is absolutely no parking. but i didn't care i would definitely stay there again, i loved it!"
