"Unfortunately I did not realize that there was no toilet or shower in the hotel room when I reserved it. The toilets shared by the entire floor did not have a sink, soap, or water to wash your hands. Also, there were no trash cans in the toilet rooms so women who have that time of the month have to grab their items and leave the bathroom with them in their hands - incredibly unhygienic and undignified. "

Providing this basic amenity would greatly enhance guests' comfort, especially when dining options are limited due to restrictions on pets in certain areas. "I’d fully recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Strasbourg. The tram is a 5 min walk and gets you straight into the markets and in the main station. The room was very comfortable and exactly what was needed for a base to go explore. The bed was huge and very comfy. The shower was powerful and hot. The only downside was there isn’t a baggage store once checked out. "
