"We were met with a friendly staff member who gave us advice on how to navigate around the roadworks as it had taken us a while to find a way in due to road closures. The room was lovely, very clean, good amenities, nice big shower and comfy beds and pillows. We had a drink and food in the bar area which had a really nice atmosphere and the breakfast in the morning was well organised and very enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. It was good value for money and we were able to leave our car in the car park whilst we visited the university. A lovely experience. "

"When I got to this hotel I was slightly early for my check inn. I was told it was not a problem and reception found me a room for me just the same as I booked. All the staff were very friendly and could not do any more for me. I had breakfast both my two days I was there, the food was very fresh and good quality. The service was very good. Kurnal came to my table and cleared my plates for me, he then asked if I wanted anything else. I ask for a cappuccino and he went a got if for me straight away. My room was very clean, I had everything I could of wanted. I ordered room service on my last day , just like breakfast, it was fresh and good quality. The hotel is in a good location. The King Power stadium about 20 minutes walk away and the coach station about 15 minutes walk away. There are plenty of shops and places to eat and drink two minuets walk from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here, and i would stay again."
