They could not lower the heat so we had to sleep with the balcony door open (a shared balcony for 8 roms, with the safety threat that this was. The lock for this door was also broken. They tried to fix it with no success. The breakfast was very limited. Our vacation was affected and we had to reschedule the rest of our stay to another hotel in Torslanda..."

"Perfect for what we wanted as a couple with a 3 year old. We didn’t have high expectations, so all good. The cabin was a bit tired and worn and was boiling hot. Shower good and ice box was large. Play park not brilliant and a bit noisy at night!!"

"Spa and restaurant were both closed the Friday evening that we spent here, which was disappointing. Instead, we visited a couple breweries in the area. The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful! The hotel itself was clean and had a cool forest theme inside. Would recommend for a spa getaway, but not the most ideal accommodation to check out downtown Gothenburg."

"We wish we could have stayed here longer! Everyone - from the front desk to the restaurant - was so pleasant and welcoming. Despite the weather, we enjoyed walking around the property and local area, and then feasted on a superb dinner. The breakfast buffet is exceptional!"

"Nautic Hotell was a special place on the island of Marstrand. My husband and I did a last minute long weekend trip and ended it our three days at the Nautic Hotel. We had a room with a beautiful view, with patio, of the ocean. The rooms were clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good. We will come back to this hotel if we go back to visit Marstrand. "

"Visited on the offseason and loved it. Hotel was well kept with all modern conveniences. Staff were friendly. We had the island almost to ourselves which allowed us to see more during nature hikes and had dinner in town where the locals embraced us so as to make us feel most welcome."

"Es war eine Katastrophe, den "Vermietern" war von unserer Buchung nichts bekannt, das Haus insgesamt machte nicht den Eindruck eines Hotels, eher Privatunterkunft, die uns angebotene Unterkunft befand sich im Keller, das Zimmer war unaufgeräumt , es wurde uns eine Toilette angeboten, die wir mit den "Vermietern teilen sollten. Die ganze Atmosphäre machte einen sehr schlechten Eindruck. Keinesfalls zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns ein richtiges Hotel gesucht."

"Perfect location right on the water. This is as close to boating you can get - without a boat. The service is not great. All the staff seems to be local teenagers. Hiring some real waiters would be helpful. "

"Had to stand in the rain to get thru the front door so a small portico would help also where to park is not clear so we used the Burger King spaces as none were marked for hotel guests. Otherwise the room was fine and very quiet and breakfast was also quite good at Expresso house next door. Overall I like the concept but you need to be able to contact someone at all times so a contact number in room would help."

"Fina rum med bekväma sängar och bra läge vid havet och många aktiviteter att tillgå. Tyvärr inte så mycket information vid incheckningen och med tanke på priset för rummet kan jag tycka att inträde till poolområde och trampolinpark borde ingå i priset eller att man åtminstone fick rabatterat pris om man bor på hotellet. "I thought i just needed a place to sleep for the night. It turns out what i REALLY needed was a night at the spa. Everything was incredibly quiet and comfortable. Angelina was behind the counter and made everything flow seamlessly. She really went the extra mile to ensure i had a wonderful visit. I truly cannot say enough about this place and the place i found here. I will make it a part of all future travel plans to the area because it was such a positive experience.
