To start, the employees were very polite and I was able to get a refund. As far as the property goes, it did not seem very clean and it did not appear safe. Upon just getting out of our vehicle, it wreaked of weed, which yes is legal, but not something I want my child smelling throughout the hotel and property. When we got to our room, we noticed that the door jam was broken. The door could be locked and easily broken into. We also had our infant with us and did not feel safe. Looks can be deceiving, as the pictures posted make it look a lot nicer than it was. The room didn’t really look all that bad, but something seemed off.

The room was not clean to my expectation. Water bottles left, chairs unclean. Because it was only utilize for family before hitting the road it worked for the price. But needs more cleaning

This hotel is so horrible I came here for the NFL draft and omg the room bathroom was not clean properly the sheets and blankets are outdated and the hotel itself just need to be replaced the food in the area was great

The bathtub was discolored and dirty The sheets had lipstick on them I asked for them to be changed the attendant brought in mix match sheets and cover not even a comforter to cover the bed. The refrigerator was replaced with a dingy yellow stain refrigerator with roach eggs Ian the fridge show it had not been cleaned.. there was not one handicap accessible bathroom on this property my dad almost fell in the bathroom. I was told that if he fall they can call EMS to help him get up.. to which I decided no I’m not even going to take that risk he could get hurt or break a bone if he fell in that tiny bathroom. The toilet was too low for him to squat to safely.. This place looked nothing like the pictures. Very unclean place with no pool or jacuzzi Disgusting
