"Great location right next to Cadorna station . Property is well maintained and clean . Only issue is that there was constantly a smoky cigarette smell in the building areas and it was a big issue for air quality. Room was clean and well equipped as per booking details. The staff was very helpful and WiFi worked great. Bed was comfortable and great for single traveler. "

"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"We loved the central location and the property itself was well looked after. The only downside is that it lacks a central dining area as the tables were in the bedrooms (which were quite spacious) and there wasn’t space in the kitchen for eating."

"Alessia's flat was clean, comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We were able to cook in a clean and functional kitchen and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space, very relaxing. Access to lots of public transport, with a very walkable neighborhood. Lots of markets and restaurant options nearby. The host was kind and helpful to us."

"It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent...

"Ideal for an overnight stop while travelling. Easy parking and close to motorway. Spacious apartment for 5 people. Restaurants nearby including McDonalds. The only problem was that we were told about the 25 Euro cleaning charge AFTER we booked the room. (However, we are not sure whether we ended up paying it or not). "

"Was pleasantly surprised how good the place was for an airport hotel. It is a very modern setup and the room was especially so. Very spacious and I had opted for the mountain views which were very pleasant. Breakfast was an extensive buffet of both continental options as well as hot cooked options. The hotel does have a rooftop pool and terrace but sadly closed for the winter season."

Holiday Inn Express Milan - Malpensa Airport, an IHG Hotel

Great airport hotel.

"The hotel is simple, but updated and clean. Room was a decent size. Plugs and air all worked. There is a small bar downstairs. Staff sent me to a nice pizzeria about 4-5 min walk away. There isn't much around, but it was well lit and the food was great. I had trouble getting the free airport shuttle and it doesn't drop exactly at the hotel. This is fine if you don't have much luggage. Pay for the hotel shuttle if you have heavy bags. "
