You’ll turn into human popsicles! Rude staff!
A truly dreadful experience. No heating—just the icy embrace of freezing temperatures. We turned into human popsicles overnight. When we dared to raise the issue, the receptionist scoffed, “We have 150 clients, and you’re the only ones complaining!” Arrogant, dismissive, and impossible to fact-check. There’s a reason this so-called “luxury” hotel has budget pricing—it delivers budget misery. Avoid at all costs.

I stayed here with family and found it to be an impressive facility. Only odd thing was that front desk was in a different building and the hotel rooms were in an adjoining building, so is to get to the room from front entrance was to take 2 separate elevators. The staff was pretty helpful and the best thing about our stay was their breakfast, it was delicious. Moreover the location of this hotel is pretty good, quite area and close (5-7 mins drive) to all the spots.

Rarely do I leave reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience!! I arrived several hours before check in due to my flight and had a business meeting to attend to—the staff was so attentive and worked to ensure that I was able to have a room so that I could freshen up and make it to the meeting. The rooms were extremely clean, the complimentary breakfast was amazing and the service was so pleasant. I would absolutely stay again!

For middle of August this place wasn't bad and had AC. We picked it due to its convenience to the train station to either take a train or get to airport via train, 10/10 for accessibility to said train station, we found it an easy walk to and from the hotel. We travelled a lot on foot and didn't find the location to be bad, but maybe for some it wouldn't be as close as they'd like. Overall the room was fine, I enjoyed that we got a balcony. Did not get to try breakfast as we had an early flight.

We stayed in a 3-person room that was very well-appointed and spacious, with a separate bedroom. The hotel is one block from the Republic Metro station (the rail line on which you will find the Trevi Fountain, Plaza Espana, Plaza Navona and the Vatican) and one block from Termini rail station which makes the hotel super convenient. No business office or gym, however. And the staff could be a bit more friendly. Good breakfast is included, but otherwise no restaurant - but in Rome there is always a good restaurant close by. Would recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were welcomed very nicely by Viktoria (spelling?). She was very helpful and offered up some good recommendations to help us out. Anytime we had any questions, we knew we could rely on the staff. Location turned out to be pretty good. It was about a 7 minute walk from Roma terminal so you can choose to just take the train system to help save some money instead of taking a taxi to/from the airport. The area felt quite safe even walking back to hotel very late in night or early am. Location it is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from most of the major tourist attractions so the great thing is that you don’t have to worry about too much congestion and people in the area yet very walkable to where you might want to go.

Internet was not working and the receptionist at the counter was very rude. They tried fixing it but could not. We asked for another room, but they were reluctant. Finally they changed our room to another building. Here also the internet was not working. After waisting almost two hours, they finally gave us a new password.
