"The location of this property is very good and walkable to a lot of places. The staff are very nice and supportive. The other hotel guests were laud and they made a lot of noises in mid-night and early in the morning. I do not know how the hotel staff could manage these unexpected laud guests at these odd hours. Upon arrival 2nd door to open up lobby and front was locked and had to call over 3-5 time's for him to buzz me in!! Spike talking to me over the phone twice before arrival he still made me wait two and a half hours to check in early and also overcharged me for early check-in and security deposit or roughly giving me a room that did...
