Was a mix up at check in when guest from the previous night was still in the apartment as he'd got a late check, but reception quickly allocated us another room on a higher floor. I had to phone to get the correct name ( Syren Apts) and the correct post code. This is basic and should be sorted out with the confirmation. Apartment was ok but needs repaint in kitchen. Shower backed up & nearly flooded. Rain noise on window surround wierdly loud during night."

Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either.
