"I booked my room later at night as I had gotten into Roanoke late, I called the hotel to see if they were able to let me check in now instead of the typical 3 pm that day (this was around 3-4 am that I called) and the night person allowed me to come on in so I wouldn't have to sit in my vehicle all night waiting, which I thought was just wonderful. If you travel at night then you probably know how rare it is to find a hotel that will let you check into a room in the middle of night. This and their large breakfast setup are the reasons they have kept me as a returning customer. Good job Quality Inn!"

"We came to a wedding and stayed at the hotel. It was lovely and the wedding was very wonderful. The charm and historic atmosphere was phenomenal. We would love to stay here again. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact you have to pay to park. With the high cost of the hotel, parking should be included. "
