Upon checking out I mentioned these problems and received a loud emote then saying she would report these problems, but a week later I have heard no response from the hotel. "

"Our first stay was awesome. I always clean my room regardless and the first time it was very clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with some healthy options. Staff was very friendly 5 stars. The 2nd time our room was not clean. Fridge was dirty and I had to defrost it for my medication. Down to 4 stars."

"Great place with friendly staff, we really enjoyed our visit. Given it is a bit out of the way from the city center and hard to find, the price is a bit on the higher side. Breakfast was delicious, however it would have been nice if there was a healthier savory option."
