"We stayed in one of the beach access rooms, which was awesome it took us about a minute to get to the beach from our room, which was very close to the pool as well. However, getting to the lobby area and buffet for breakfast is a pretty long walk unless you catch a ride which is not too long of a wait at their checkpoints. "This place is incredible. Never felt busy, always a chair at the pool and a seat at the restaurant. Preferred club gives you access to a better poolside restaurant for Breakfast and one dinner restaurant. Shout out to Metz the building concierge who was able to help us with everything throughout the day/night. The beach is perfect- sand is perfect, snorkel right off the shoreline. Room has a steamer so didn’t need to bring one. "

"Absolutely AMAZING staff. Everyone here knows what customer service is all about. I spent 21 nights and never tired of the food and looked forward to every meal. They have an entertainment team at the pool which makes it so much more fun whether you are participating or just watching. The kids club also goes above and beyond. You know that when your kids wake up and ask when they can go back that it's impressive."

"They removed water bottles from the room. They no longer stick the fridge with soda,beer and goodies. Other than that we had a wonderful time. People put towels on chairs around the pool and beach at daylight than don’t use them till late in the day. The security lady could monitor that rather than worry about where chairs are located on the beach"
