I upgraded the room to sea view room and all the windows were so dirty that can't even see outside. I asked to change the room but it was not changed. also there was no bathrobes or sleepers in the room. I don't think I will stay again at this hotel.

Great welcome staff and security. This is a classic, Windsor Hotel, not a newer, modern sleek-hotel. Very clean hotel. Technology will need to be updated. No usb outlets to charge smart phones and/or electric tooth brushes. This definitely needs to be brought current!

Overall, the hotel and the service were good. The breakfast was especially magnificent. However, the room was not clean. The faucet and the metal fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. Also, there were spots on the furniture upholstery.

THE INTERNET WAS HORRIBLE, I consider WiFi to be a very important service nowadays, and IT WAS TERRIBLE. It was not stable, it was very difficult to connect and to stay connected, both in my phone and laptop.
