We rode the taxi from the train station coming from Venice, about 7 minutes, spent about $10. The man/receptionist during the night shift welcomed us, and answered our questions. "The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. "I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but felt it wouldn’t be fair. Here is a detailed review: hotel reception and facilities all get 5 stars. The restaurant has good selection of food options and quality is high but they charge 4.5 euros for tap water so 4 stars for the restaurant. I understand that this happens in Austria but in such up market hotel I expected better. They were generous with fruits and we found apple everywhere. The cafe was brilliant after ski. Peter who served us twice was fantastic. We ordered ham and cheese toast and beer and it was amazing. He is friendly and helpful. 5 stars go to the cafe for sure. Spa was amazing and choices of saunas and swimming pools and also sauna program by Rita was amazing so 5 stars there. They also have nibbles at the spa which is great. We didn’t try the massage service but prices seemed reasonable. The ski hire and storage were well organized and super convenient so definitely 5 stars. Sheki at ski hire was super knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were also good and comfortable but one issue and that is what super hot. So it gets 4 stars. Room cleaning was prompt and amazing and two issues we had was fixed immediately so 5 stars there. Overall a pleasant hotel which we loved and enjoyed our time"

"Me and my partner recently stayed at My Arbor. The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a delightful balcony that offered breathtaking views of the valley. The hotel itself is stunning with modern in design and impeccably clean. Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and unwavering availability. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, offering a wide array of choices, each dish more delicious than the last. Opting for the half-board option is highly recommended. A short walk through the woods leads to the cable car station, providing easy access to the slopes—a perfect setup for skiing enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the room was occasionally a bit cold, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable throughout the stay. Despite these minor inconveniences, My Arbor offers a unique and memorable experience. I look forward to returning and hope to see improvements in room temperature control and internet connectivity! "

Amazing place!

"The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"

Would most definitely stay again

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

A wonderful stay in Bressanone!

"We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! There were great views of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very friendly. We walked to several must-see places and restaurants in a great location. Getting the Brixen card for our stay was great; it gave us access to tourist places. It was very convenient to park our car in the hotel garage. The hotel offers several amenities that make the stay even more pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Thank you! "

"Our stay at Adler Lodge Ritten was nothing short of magical. The lodge is incredibly beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Dolomites that set the perfect backdrop for a peaceful escape. We felt utterly relaxed during our time here, especially with the luxurious sauna in our bedroom and the serene saltwater pool. Each day was an adventure, with fantastic hiking trails in the surrounding area. The food was a highlight of our stay—absolutely delicious, featuring local delicacies that we couldn’t get enough of. We have to give a special mention to our server, Alex, who made every meal an experience. His knowledge of the cuisine and local wines was remarkable, and thanks to him, we discovered our new favorite amaro! His friendly personality added so much to our dining experience. We also want to recognize Rudie at the bar/lounge downstairs. He was incredibly welcoming and made us feel so well taken care of during our time there. His drink suggestions were spot-on, and his warm demeanor made the lounge one of our favorite places to unwind. Adler Lodge Ritten exceeded all our expectations, offering stunning scenery, excellent food, and an amazing staff who made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!"
