"Long sloping ceilings made it difficult to get into bed. Access to window ventilation covered by blind but once opened we were able to get a breeze to airiate the room. Ideal for a short stay for a wedding with church and reception close by. Continental

"I don't know if there are any rooms in the main building but I was in the neighbouring building in a small room on the second floor. I know the hotel is old, but the room really need some spicing up. The whole atmosphere is early 70s.

is good with all you can ask for. Even the bacon was nicely cooked, not the sloppy strips you get in so many hotels. Next time I will try to get another room in the annex. These room seem more modern."

"It was great to have the space, facilities and car parking space for the price that we paid although the lack of information beforehand on the website meant that we didn't know what to expect. Everything was clean and tidy but some lights didn’t seem to work and one cupboard door wouldn't stay shut (little things that won't take much to fix).
