"My family had a great time at this guest house. It was big, clean and peaceful. The owner Jay went out of his way to please us. Location is good, close to a lot of restaurants and close to the Night Bazaar. I will definitely stay there again. "

"Really great place to stay. The woman upon checking in was so lovely and helped us with everything we needed, from renting a scooter, obtaining a taxi to the airport, and extending our stay. On down side is on the 3rd floor it's quite noisy from the birds on the room (they start at 5am!). Main level room was much better. "

"I stayed for 2 weeks in the Chiang Mai Rendezvous, in February 2023. The service is warm, relaxed and efficient; the location is as good as you'll get in Chiang Mai; the value is out-standing. Highly recommended."

"Lovely comfortable stay for solo travellers. Just off the main road and walking distance to old town and night bazar markets. Many tour companies near by to book excursions, the hotel also provides them but is cheaper to book off the main road. Everything was great with this place, hot water, tc, AC, kettle, towels and cleaning every day. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear of the neighbour has TV on etc but not an issue as you're out most of the day. "

"We loved Tony and Mena who were really friendly and nice with us and our kids. The place is quite dirty. The rooms are OK but the bathroom was really bad, moldy and dirty. No housekeeping until we left. In term of localisation it was really good as you are close to many things and can walk around. "

"The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. This is a great hotel in close proximity to Chiang Mai International Airport. I would not hesitate to make reservations here...

"The room was huge for the price (King Premium), approximately 450 sq ft, which was perfect for us to spread out and sort / reorg our luggage. Bfast was a good selection and easy to navigate. Staff was eager and willing to help in anyway they could. There was a gate on the property to the Kalare night market, which also has a small Muy Thai stadium, It is a longer walk (1.2k) to the old city."

"Stayed for 2 nights; very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable! Spacious washroom with beautiful tub & shower w/ rain shower head. We loved the location - easy walk to old city centre and to the night market. Concierge was very helpful in arranging a private tour for while we were in town which was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again! "

"I stayed at Sleep Mai? for 8 nights from November 19-27. The hotel is ideally located in the Old City, a short walking distance to the Tha Pae Gate, several Night Markets, and even a tiny Muay Tae arena inside a shopping complex. The staff are awesome and are genuinely eager to serve. They are delightful. The rooms are exceptionally well-desigmed. My only suggestion is to cover the vegetables at the breakfast buffet to ward off the fruit flies. I will stay here the next time I visit Chiang Mai. "

"Very clean small hotel in the center of old town, so walking distance from all main attractions. Small pool for dipping not big enough to sit round and relax really but lush. Breakfast tasty but can get extremely busy at certain times as they are also a café. Staff so amazing. Would recommend. "
