Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. You have to pay for the pool — it was only allowed once as a “complimentary” visit. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where you actually have to pay to use the pool.
