"Loved the location and hotel room. Really good for 5 of us. One bathroom in room but another one for all residents just down the hall if needed. No coffee maker in room but when I asked about it they did bring a tea kettle. No big deal- coffee is easy to get nearby in the city. Pillows were a little hard but beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Owners were responsive and very nice. "

"While the overall experience was just fine, I did have some issues with the check in/out process. There was just one lady running the reception, while she was awesome I felt bad it was just her. It was very busy and I had to stand around for 45 minutes just to get the keys. Checkout was no different. A lot of people checking out at once and there was a massive line down a very small hallway. Be prepared to give yourself about an hour to deal with check in and another hour to deal with check...

"I liked how there was 24 hours front desk.great location too with excellent transport links if needed.Two minute walk to Maddison Square Garden and Empire State Building.We are a family of Five and found it spacious enough because we were hardly there and it was ideal for us.We loved every minute of our stay and there were no negatives,we’ll definitely stay there again if we visit New York in future."

"Was 90 degrees in New York and the air conditioner was broken. Was like a sauna in there. The roof was also leaking and making an annoying drip sound every 5 seconds. Impossible for my family to sleep under those conditions. The “reception” room was in a closet and had a long line for check in. They charged a $100 cash only security deposit and have yet to refund it even though we were barely in the room. Guessing I’m never going to see that $100. "I booked this hotel for a quick trip to the city and I was not disappointed! I read others reviews about the bathrooms, the long elevator waits, the rooms being small? We had the standard 1 King Bed room and it was HUGE for being a NYC hotel room? There was a hallway like area with the closest and the bathroom to your right when you walked in and it was huge! It was so roomy! I really recommend staying here! Ignore the reviews of everyone that has problems with minor hotel flaws. Maybe I just got lucky on room size, but when you stay in NYC, you should automatically assume the room is gonna be smaller"
