"We checked into our first room and my dad discovered his bed was broken when he sat down and fell off it. I went and let the front desk know immediately and they had no problem switching us quickly to a new room. This is my go to hotel for every Orlando trip so I highly recommend."

"Not all front desk there were helpful kind or friendly. They actually seem to be annoyed that they are even there. Fortunately, when I had an issue, it was handled promptly with the Male front desk attendant. I was grateful he was there "

"Hotel is in a very convenient location. One of the closest off-property places from Disney to be and easy to get to all Disney parks. Some rooms are starting to show age (bathrooms could use sprucing up, some lack of hot water at times). Staff is all very helpful and courteous. "This was an amazing place to stay. Had an entire home to ourselves and it was brand new. One of the best places I've ever stayed. Close to the parks and other attractions. The pools were great and we were able to have access to both property pools which was nice. Waterslides are impressive and the kids enjoyed it for hours. We will definately be staying here from now on when we travel to Orlando."
