"Room was OK at best with black mold in the bathroom. Shower was hot, bed very comfortable. Breakfast bags available at front desk each morning are very good for those on the run."

"Staff didn’t know that a guest could request a late check out of 2 pm, tv didn’t work in the workout room even after notifying on day one the entire time we stayed there. Overall, it wasn’t as a pleasant of a stay as we had the previous year. Unlikely we will stay again "

"I bookeed two nights, 3/3 - 3/4/26 for a surgical appointment in Lakeland. I paid extra for the Personal Protection Plan assuming I would be able to cancel if something came up. My surgery was pushed back a week, and I tried to cancel or reschedule for another time. I went on the hotels.com site and corresponded with an AI since I couldn't get a hold of a person. "It" said that it was non-refundable and non rebookable. What did I pay for then on the Personal Protection Plan ?? I should get a full refund or two nights free. Neither were not helpful or accommodating. Wouldn’t use Hortels.com or Comfort Inn in the future. "

"I don’t even know where to start!!! When you pull up you think what a pretty hotel, you walk in the front door the smell from the air fresheners are way too strong you can’t stay in lobby long- We were greeted by a wonderful and I would say the most professional & kind receptionist her name is Kayla (the rest were horrible)! We got up to our room and it looked clean. We unpacked and settled in for the night. I was on my bed and my husband looked over and saw a bug crawling on the sheet. I got it although it was tiny and took a picture of it to find in horror that it was a BED BUG!! I got eaten up all over my body I have the pics to prove it. I immediately went down to Kayla and showed her the bug and it was confirmed to be BED BUGS!!!! With that said we wanted to leave hotel and I wanted to be reimbursed for that night bc of this nasty incident. The owner could not be reached (he didn’t answer the phone) Kayla said she emailed him and he said he’d be in on Sunday so bc Kayla was so kind and understanding we decided to switch floors and try another room. Last night we were told by Ray ( maintenance /housekeeping boss) who was also very kind that the owner would be in on Monday morning from 6a- 2p. When I woke up this morning I was told that he was in at 6a.m and left by 6:30 a.m- the kid at the front desk Andrew I think his name was-very rude. Instead of taking responsibility he Ran like a COWARD! I will be in touch with my attorney-PLENTY of other hotels to stay at!!"

"Time to get new bedsheets. You can tell they've been washed and used so many times over its lifespan, very dull and had stains. Room has no air circulation so had to keep air conditioning on. Staff was friendly. Easy check-in and checkout."

"Very clean and comfortable room. Front desk staff was very pleasant for checking in and checking out service. Breakfast was better than expected. "

"It was great for a motel 6! But it’s a motel 6, so it’s not the most excellent place to stay. But I felt safe and slept well, and that’s what counts! 🙂"
